The Sharon M. McGavick Student and Conference Center’s customizable space allows us to accommodate your event however you might need.
Our basic set ups are (pictures will be up soon):
Banquet - Round tables with chairs. We recommend 8 people per table, but it is possible to sit 10.
Theater - Rows of chairs facing the stage theater style.
Classroom - 6 foot tables in whatever configuration is appropriate for your presentation
Below the square footage, occupancy and prices are listed:
*All prices listed are 4 hour blocks of time to accomodate half day events. Time includes set up and take down.
